Marc Lesser brought emotional intelligence training into Google. A
resident of the San Francisco Zen Center, the first Zen monastery
in the western world for 10 years, Marc developed Google's
world-renowned Search Inside Yourself program, a mindfulness-based
emotional intelligence training for leaders which teaches the art
of integrating mindfulness, emotional intelligence and business
savvy for creating great corporate cultures. Deeply rooted in
science, the program teaches executives about dealing with life by
simply being still and looking inward.
