in modern war, he led 5,000 soldiers and marines in combat. We

Transforming Hard-Fought Lessons Into Action', a book based on
operational experience and peppered with inspirational, honest,
self reflective stories along with true actions we can all take to
become a more effective leader based on a leadership philosophy
